• For Sale postings may not include references (especially URLs) to any external listings at other classified sites. We’ll cheerfully remove such cross-posting information.
• Do not make multiple posts for the same item, unless the old post has already expired. Duplicate posts are subject to deletion.
• Backpacking Light does not involve itself in disputes between buyers and sellers, but please feel free to post your (fact-based) experiences with buyers or sellers here for the benefit of our community.
• Be careful when sellers require “PayPal Friends / Family (“FF”) for payment, as it limits your refund recourse if the seller doesn’t deliver.
• Do not sell stolen, counterfeit, or any item that is illegal to sell under any applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation.
