Use the forum when you want to:

  • ask a usage question
  • report something that seems broken
  • share workflow feedback
  • point out confusing copy or behavior

Helpful details to include

When asking for help, include:

  • what you were trying to do
  • what you expected to happen
  • what actually happened instead
  • whether the issue involved GPX upload, trip management, or calibration

If the issue is calibration-related

It also helps to say:

  • whether you were ingesting FIT files or using an existing profile
  • whether you were in workspace preview or using an assigned profile
  • whether the issue appeared after refresh or in a different browser
