How do I find my order history?

Your order history contains records of your subscription, online course, and event purchases at Backpacking Light. You may need to access it for reconciling your credit card statements, or to provide proof of purchase for financial recordkeeping purposes.

To access your order history, you must be logged in with your membership account. You do not need to maintain an active membership in order to access your order history. However, accounts that have been inactive for more than three years may be deleted from our system during routine database maintenance operations.

To access your order history, login and then:

  1. Click your ACCOUNT menu.
  2. Click Billing Settings.

On mobile, after login, visit this link directly: https://backpackinglight.com/account/billing-settings/

Once you're on the Billing Settings page, scroll down and you can view your subscription and order history there.
