Sign in and trip access

Some TRIPS workflows can be used without saving anything first, but saving and trip management may require signing in depending on the current deployment.

This article is mainly for one question:

Why are save or trip-management actions unavailable?

When sign-in matters

Sign-in usually matters when you want to:

  • save a trip
  • return to a saved trip later
  • rename, duplicate, or manage existing trips

If those actions are unavailable, sign-in is the first thing to check.

Quick checks

Start with these checks:

  • confirm you are signed in
  • refresh the page and try again
  • confirm you are working in the expected account or session
