Sign in and trip access
Use this article only for one narrow case:
the planner opens, but save or trip-management actions are still unavailable

Quick checks
If the planner opens but trip actions are unavailable:
- confirm that you are in the expected Backpacking Light account/session
- open the header menu and check whether Manage My Trips is present
- refresh once and check again
If the planner did not open, go back to Sign in and access TRIPS and identify whether you reached the planner, the access-denied screen, or the sign-in-error screen.
If trip actions are still unavailable
Contact support and include:
- the Backpacking Light account you used
- whether the planner opened successfully
- which trip action is missing or unavailable
